The Half Moon Inn in 1990. Thomas Park was Publican here in 1841. His son George was Innkeeper in 1851 and 1861.

The photographs and the copy of the indenture shown on this page were provided by Patricia and Ian Cameron of Cheshire. Patricia is a third great-granddaughter of Thomas Park.
The following indenture of conveyance was registered on 2 Dec. 1893. It conveyed the property from the seven parties representing the interests of the seven children of Thomas Park to Mr. George Metcalfe. Thomas Park's death occurred in Pateley Bridge on 8 April 1842.
