Philip D. Sprague
          Philip D. Sprague, 82, of Fort Myers, Fla., and formerly of Waterloo, died Tuesday, June 12, at Lee Memorial Hospital, Fort Myers, of natural causes.
          He was born March 12, 1908, in Oelwein. He married Mildred "MIckey" Adkins on April 18, 1946. She died June 11, 1988.
          Mr. Sprague was a retired employee of Rath Packing Co. and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II.
          Survivors include two daughters, Marie Krieger of Sarasota, Fla., and Virginia Hegarty of Bradenton, Fla.; two grandchildren; two sisters, Dessie Kammerman of Evansdale and Pauline Cross of Waterloo; and a brother, Vincent of Allison.
          Private memorial services will be at a later date.
