Vincent Sprague
          ALLISON -- Vincent A. Sprague, 78, of the Allison Care Center in Allison, formerly of Oelwein, died Monday, Sept. 21, at Waverly Municipal Hospital in Waverly.
          Graveside services will be 2:30p.m., Thursday, at Brant-Kerns-Jamison Funeral Home in Oelwein.
          He is survived by two sisters, Dessie Kammerman, Evansdale, and Pauline Cross, Waterloo.
          He was preceded in death by his parents; seven brothers, William, Aaron, Harold, Loren, Frank, Phillip and Richard; and two sisters, Irma and Eleanor.
          He was born May 24, 1914, in Oelwein, the son of Samuel and Luella Heil Sprague.
          He farmed west of Oelwein for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
